Keeping fit is a really big part of keeping healthy. Now, more than ever, it's really important. If you're lucky enough to have a garden - make use of it! If you are not ill and excercising outdoors, you should keep at least 2 metres away from others.
Whilst I'll miss our afternoons on the field, here are some regular excercises you can do at home. Others in your family can join you (and I'm sure they'll thank me for that suggestion!).
